Hi Kris, Welcome to the group. Awesome loss in that first week–Congratulations! I read your post and I had no loss in week 2, but actually gained a pound. I was assured it was temporary. I made sure in week 3 to increase my water intake as well as added some exercise. I am happy to report that I lost what I gained in Week 2 and then some. I think it just takes getting used to the program and variety in foods to get you going. It did me. Congratulations again and good luck on your continued success.
