Good luck to both of you, this will be my 6 day doing the diet and so far I’m feeling ok. My advice before to start: buy the food that you are going to eat; plan your days in advance with the foods or recipes to eat, this is going to save you some time every day. My first days were like crazy, I’m a full time worker so in order to avoid a mistake with the eating quantity and maintaining the log, I have been traveling with the diary and the pamphlet. The best to all of us.My goal is 60 pounds.Have a great weekend!
