Hello Dale: First Congratulations for making this step, I know that you are scare but look at me, this will be my starting second week and I lost already 5 pounds. I personally know what you mean with the cooking, I’m full time employer and also I have to cook almost every day for them the food that is prohibited for me and they don’t need to diet:-( I felt stressed when I read the other reviews with the homemade recipes, just take your time to buy first all the food that you are planning to eat, read the manual-(believe me when I’m telling you that you have to read it and probably more than one time). Also, write in advance the recipes that you are going to eat with the calories, the shakes, salads, etc. This is going to save you time preparing the daily dinner. When the time comes and you received the drops, follow the guide, use the recipes pre-prepared for you; the first week is crazy but in a while you will get familiar with this new routine.
