Congrats on your 14lb weight loss! I had a similar experience. I lost 10lbs the first week and then stalled. On a low carb, low calorie diet, sometimes weight loss can stall. I had not been eating the optional grains that we’re allowed daily and was eating only 800 calories/day. I increased my intake to around 1000 and died in the grains and started losing more consistently. However, keep in mind everyone’s body reacts differently. I hope this helps.
