Linda – Congratulations and WAY TO GO!!! You have amassed a whole bunch of non-scale victories. I know what you mean about the number you want to stay at but it pales in comparison to how great you feel in your clothes and that incredible feeling of no longer feeling embarrassed about how you look. I am anticipating the day I can start phase two (makes me a little nervous too) and looking forward to the summer months when I can feel good in a pair of shorts instead of hiding in sweats.
