Hi Sheri and welcome to the group. I think you will really like this program. I see it more as a lifestyle change than a diet as I have been on many diets over the years and I am tired of in again off again diets.
I do my own meal planning and preparation but you can download a free 7 day meal plan from the Member Store by clicking on the link above. There is also one on the Member Store that you can purchase. Our Facebook page is also good with support and in the files of that page you will also find more meal plans that others have used. I wish you much success with the program.
