I planned out the entire week on Saturday, and then went to the grocery store. To be completely honest, I spent far less with the ‘real’ food than I typically do with the processed stuff. I read an article, I think it might have been on here, about ways to be smart at the grocery store, it talked about only staying on the perimeter of the store, which is basically produce, dairy, meat … so that totally makes sense. I’m on day 3, in spite of my headaches, I’m in a pretty good mood about all this! 🙂
