Hi Carol,

I continued taking Amazing Grass, Green Superfood with my shake as breakfast during Phase 1. Total calories = 30/scoop, carbs = 4g, sugars = <1g, Fiber = 2g. I counted that as part of my daily calories, carbs and sugar intake. I was successful with my daily loss. I am not sure about the EmergenC, maybe someone here can comment on that.
