Linda – that is great to hear. I am in Phase 2 at the moment. I have just started the third week and will be starting Phase 1 again May 1. I thought at the beginning that Phase 2 was going to be hard especially when you have to add new foods and calories. I am enjoying it and so far I am only 1lb up since I last finished Phase 1. I only weigh myself on Sundays, looks like I am keeping it off. Thanks for sharing and hopefully someone else will find this extremely excited. I find that there are not much info posted in Phase 2, I wish there were more – LOL.
