Good luck Patricia and you will do great. I was too very anxious when I started, by the time I got in week 2 I had mastered the routine. I made my weekly meals on Sunday and stored them all in containers – froze half of the meals and brought them out in the middle of the week. It was way easy for me, breakfast was and still is always a chocolate shake with Amazing Green Superfoods = 280 calories. I liked to have the majority of my calories at the end of the day. First week I didn’t work out because I wasn’t sure how I would feel. I felt strong and went back to the gym, I wasn’t hungry or lacked energy. I finishing up Phase 2 by the end of the week and can’t wait to go back to Phase 1 and finally loose the final 11 lbs. Good luck!
