Hi Carol – My first week loss was 6 pds. I ate the required amount of servings but found some days I was closer to 900 calories and a few days I went slightly over the 1000. The 7 day average seemed to be what was important. I used to weigh daily but have found that once a week really is sufficient for me. It is a personal choice. I work out 6 days a week – 3 days focusing on cardio and 3 days strength training. I did not experience as big a loss my second week but I think it was because I really increased my water consumption and that first week’s loss had some water weight. Wishing you the best!
