Betty – Welcome! The community here is incredible. It’s easy to feel nervous at the beginning of any new endeavor. I was also cautious at the beginning – I think we buy our yo-yo’s at the same place …haha… but even though I had to go off the program for a bit, I have kept my initial weight loss off. I am looking forward to starting phase 1 again next week. Best of luck to you!
