I am binging on food at about 10:00 at night and don’t seem to be able to control it. I don’t want sweets, I crave almonds, nuts, crackers, grapes, apples, carrots and not just a serving, I want to eat it all– the entire bag, box sack or whatever. I am alone and don’t seem to have any self control. I hate that I am doing this and I don’t want to do it, but I don’t seem to know what to do to stop. I have tried prayer, meditation, councelling. I still don’t know what to do. It started when my mom went to the nursing home and I was left home alone and stressed. If anyone has suggestions, I would be very happy to try them.
