Hi Lulu, you can try 2% cottage cheese (1/2 cup). It’s great with fruit or on a salad. You can also try it mixed with tuna. Check out the recipes on the ps1000.com website, they’re really good! Also, are you referring to plain or greek yogurt that you don’t like? Try the greek kind, put fruit and stevia in it…it tastes a whole lot better than plain.
