Hi – the dose is 0.5 ml 3 times a day. I went to my pharmacy and got a 1 ml syringe and use it to measure the 0.5 ml accurately. The B drops are 1 ml so I use it for that as well. It has been great not to have to count drops or guess if I was getting the right dose. Best of luck to you!
