I was up late last night cooking and prepping. I did’t have time to divide everything into actual meals this time, so I precut and measured all my meat, seasoned and cooked it, then placed one serving each into baggies. Measured out my almonds the same way. Then washed the lettuce, turnip and parsley, into larger container to grab and go. Last I premade all my veggies in baggies and mixed the ingredients for my smoothies too. Lots of work, but easy to manage and stay on track….I hope. Lol
I have had a major headache today but I’m sure it’s just coffee withdrawal.
