You are not alone. Staying motivated week after week is definitely a mindset. Straying a bit can play tricks with our minds and we can find it difficult to stay on task. Before I started to plan, I wrote down what I wanted to accomplish and what I was going to do to accomplish it. I also checked out some motivational books at the library and wrote some positive self affirmations to post around my house. Whenever I feel like throwing in the towel – I go back to the very beginning feelings I had and get a boost from the emotional preparation I did for this program. This helps me but everyone is different. BTW, way to go on the phenomenal progress you made during week one – you can do this!!
