Welcome Angelica. I would definitely love to make new friends and support each other on this journey. I did well in week 1. I’m down 7 pounds already but realized that tracking everything you eat is very important. I didn’t this weekend and I didn’t lose an ounce.? But I didn’t gain so that’s good. I only ate approved foods just didn’t measure anything out or write it down. My mistake.
