Everyone’s body is so different. I remember back when I did Weight Watchers and my cousin always used her ‘extra’ points and could still lose but if I ever used any of those points, then I’d be guaranteed to not lose. I walk my dogs daily, but don’t really count that as exercise. Only if I bust a serious sweat will I count it as exercise.
