Am finding that the weight keeps coming off and must be careful to keep up my calories!!!! It is like the body went into ‘lose’ mode which is something I do not mind at all. Too many years of ‘gain’ mode! But eating healthy makes all the difference! THIS is the weight I was meant to be!
