Hi Tee- Fret not! Making a change to any part of our lives is a scary thing. And the bigger the change the scarier it can be. Take a deep breath, a step back and look at the change you are going to make with a new perspective. Instead of thinking that you have to become perfect overnight, break apart what you are going to do into small achievable steps. It takes a while to develop a habit and a bit longer to reverse an established habit and develop a new one. You are stronger than you think. You can do this!
