Try mixing your yogurt with something else, like blueberries and then you can count it as two things (protein & fruit). If you only eat 1/2 the serving size, then you should only count it as the 1/2 serving. At least that’s my understanding. When I first started, my focus was on getting 5 servings, but with the meat it says ‘up to’ 5oz, honestly, my focus is mostly just doing the best I can to follow it. On days when I do really well, I feel sooooooooooo much better than other days. Good luck!
