Hello Tee and welcome. Sometimes it’s better to take a couple of days and prepare before you actually start. Since the drops are there now, it’s more “real” than when you were waiting. Maybe take a day or two to make sure you have all the foods you need for at least the 1st week and purge your fridge and pantry. Sometimes it helps to maybe eat that one thing you love one last time before you commit. At least it has worked for me in the past. If you do mess up, get right back on the train and get the next meal right and keep it moving. Positive attitude will go a lot further towards helping you get to your goal than beating yourself up. As far as loving food, it’s not like you’re going to stop eating, you’re just going to be eating clean. You will be amazed once you start how much you a) don’t miss the junk and b) if you do slip and try the junk, it will not be as appetizing or fulfilling as you thought it was going to be.
