Since going back to phase one, I have dropped additional weight but my fat percentage continues to climb (according to my scale). I don’t check in with my physician until next month but I have resigned myself to ignoring the BF % readout on the scale. I have made sure to keep my protein at the max and continue to do strength training. I feel good and my clothes are fitting better so that is what I will use to gauge my progress.
