Janet – Congrats on your great start! You’re in the right place to get off the yo-yo diet trend because you are NOT on a diet. I have had great results and people ask me what I’m doing differently. I just tell them I am eating clean and healthy. The recipes are so delicious! Make sure you check out the ones that are posted on facebook too.
