Thanks Robyn! I’m not much of a snacker, or an eater over all, but I do love pizza and bread…but I do have good willpower, so I am hoping that I can do this!
Yesterday wasn’t too hard, but I honestly didn’t meet the calorie goals and I was short a few items. I really tried, but I found that with all of the water and trying to get in extra meals, compared to what I normally eat I felt really full and bloated at the end of the night and just had no more room!
