Hi Amanda! Welcome! Yeah, I tried the Ideal shakes and not a pound lost! But this has been great so far! I am the only one using it right now (guinea pig) haha…but my family has already started eating healthier because of it. Not quite to my extreme but then they don’t have as much weight to lose either. I totally get the baby weight thing and congrats to you for taking this step!
