Hi there my name is Paul. I did not do any exercise the first week and I lost 10lbs. The second week I started walking 1 mile, and lost another 11lbs by the end of the week. The third week I walked 3 miles and lost 6.6lbs. I have just increased my walking to 4 miles today. I do feel so much better than I did before I started.
