Please don’t give up! I’ve been doing this since about Feb/March this year and I have yet to have a perfect week. In fact, some weeks I haven’t stuck to it at all (vacation, just too busy, forgot to take my drops, etc). I have well over 100 lbs to lose, and I figure it’s not a race. I didn’t get this big overnight, and I figure my body needs a chance to adjust as I go the other way now. As I lose, I work as much to not gain it back, as on losing the next pound or two. Focus on how you feel, enjoyment of discovering new things to eat, etc. Remember if you have a lot to lose, it will come off more quickly in the beginning, but if you don’t have many pounds to lose, it seems from my coworkers who are also on the plan, as well as those on the facebook group, that it might come off more slowly after the first few pounds. Aim for success, rather than perfection. I love reading the support here in the forum and on facebook too. Good luck!
