Awesome results Jeremy!! You are right, it is hard, but I think the key is to plan your food for the week. On Sunday I went to the store and purchased everything and then put together what I could in containers for each day. If I hadn’t done this it would be very stressful.
After 2 days I’m down 4.1 lbs. And I feel good. This definitely helps to stay with it.
