Welcome Sue! Great to have you join us. The more support and motivation the better! Congrats everyone on their weight loss. I am going to weigh myself once a week. I have learned from experience if I weigh myself daily and have a gain even if it is water weight it psychs me out. Lol
I’m with you Jeremy. This week has been rough…headaches, low energy and cravings but I’m guessing the first week is the hardest. Hang in there everyone!!
