Good Morning everyone. Thank you for letting me join this group. It is a great way to stay on track. Hope everyone is getting all their water in, will help with the headaches and try eating every 2 hours I know these are few things i have tried and has worked. With the water I fill up a gallon jug and place in the refrig so by the end of the day i know i have all my water in.
anyone else have tricks they have in place to keep them on point? always looking for new idea to keep going.
Tomorrow will be one week . weight in. fingers crossed.
