Just getting started. My first day will be tomorrow. I have been on many many diets. I am hoping this will be the one! I lose, then gain, then lose..you know the drill! I have mentally prepared myself to get back in the swing of things and lose it for good. I am ready to go. I need to lose 30 pounds and would like to have it off by the end of October. So here I go..
