Are you currently on phase 1? If so I would stick to cinnamon as Rachel mentioned, but also rely on fruit as well to get a natural sugar boost. In later phases stick to natural sources such as honey and maple syrup like Rachel mentioned above. I’d say steer clear of anything that is made in a lab. What I like about this plan is that eventually you will crave sugar so much less, by satisfying your hunger with whole food sources your body will be so much happier in the long run. I will note that it can take a couple weeks to get out of the sugar cravings, but stick it out you will be so glad that you did!
