I had some health issues with the program and had to go completely off of it. Doctor’s orders. I’m thinking of going back on but I have to do a higher calorie (1400) and perhaps not as restrictive as phase 1.
It is important to pay attention to your body and talk with your doctors. If you aren’t feeling well your body is giving you information. I can’t say what.
I know it is seductive if you are losing weight. I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks so I was really sad to give up the plan for awhile. But my general health was more important. The next phase of weight loss will likely be tons slower and that can be frustrating for me.
Good luck to you. You are very new to the program so your body might just need time to adjust. Just keep an eye on how you feel. Maybe keep a journal.
