I found my book and reading through – day one went great. I added 90 minutes of workout at my fitness complex – Prarie Life Fitness
I am feeling great with more energy. Started my transformation last Sunday with 4 days of Detox first. Motivated – tired at looking at pictures of myself others have taken.

Question on recommended vegetables in the book. Is it okay to cook those – mainly steam broccoli and grilled aspargus?
