Welcome Run Girl. I’m in my 2nd week and feel great. Amazing that I don’t feel hungry all the time! I haven’t gotten down to the 1000 cals per day, but cut my intake in half. I’m eating about 1450 per day. I lost 6.5 pounds the first week, (I’m 66). I would say to prepare and get ready to start, keep doing whatever, eat that ice cream and tell yourself you will start on x day! Good luck.
