Hi Run Girl,
I’m on my first week of the plan and have lost 7lbs. (I’m 64). I was so excited to see the weight drop so fast which happened in the first few days. Now it’s at a stand still but that’s ok since a lot of people are reporting they have lost this amount in a month. I must admit that seeing such a drop all at once then nothing has taken me back a step but being on diets through out my life I know how this goes. I’m not going to stop my journey as I have a goal that I have set for myself and am anxious to hit it. I really do like this plan and as stated its only been a week. Good luck to you.
