I’m 51 and ready to make a lifestyle change for good. I’ve tried many different programs, but can’t seem to stick with them. I have a family history of obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and several other health risk. Over the last year I’ve managed to lose 30 pounds, but have recently put back on 15. With the original weight loss I was able to get off my two medications I was taking for diabetes. That was a big win and I don’t want to risk having an abnormal glucose level or high A1C. So…I think after everything I’ve read PS1000 is something I will be able to maintain. Calorie restriction seems to be manageable and so does the actual eating plan. I’m looking forward to getting my stuff in the mail this week.
