Hello everyone,
Waiting on my order and trying to get pumped up for this journey! I am almost 67 and have been trying to lose weight over the past two years, but struggling with these last pounds and being able to keep it off. Find I keep losing and gaining and haven’t been able to get to where I think I need to be and stay there. Recently had a little scare with health issue and know I have to get control and take care of myself. So weight and exercise are at the top of the list. This plan sounds like it can work to help get me back on track and to my goals. My health is important to me now more than ever and I am looking forward to getting started and to getting to know all of you who will be sharing this journey.
