I notice that Melba “snacks” which I had bought have a little saturated fat, but the tradiional rectangular ones don’t.
Cantaloupe is not on the fruit list?? For Phase 1? IF so, what is the serving size and calories?
The non fat greek yogurt cannot be flavored, right?
Finally, I am only on day three but yesterday felt extremely sluggish…..How long does that initial sluggishness typically last? What causes that? I have definitely stayed right under 1000 calaries and 64oz of water.
