Try 80 oz. of water…. I think that is the recommended amount and may help with sluggishness but it is completely normal. I eat plain Greek yogurt with a touch of cinnamon & add my fruit to it or I eat a flavored Triple Zero or Greek yogurt. Melons of all kinds, and tropical fruit are not on the list because they are too high in sugar.
