Hello! I just wanted to clear the air about agave…. it is not actually approved in phase 1! I just found that out today! any recipes with it that say phase 1 just mean that if you are in phase 2 you can use it- if you are in phase 1 you need to keep it out. It will clarify on the recipe! Sort of confusing!
