Welcome! I’ve never tried a liquid diet and I cannot imagine not having food. I really do enjoy the clean eating. I would definitely recommend looking at the recipes on this website. I have tried a few and I really like them. It gives you some variety. In the beginning I was doing it very simple but now I’m ready to try some new stuff.
