I am starting today too. Bit of a strange time to start as I worked a 12hr shift last night. So instead of having a lunch I just went with breakfast and 2 snacks as I slept half of the day away 🙂 So far I am feeling pretty satisfied and managing to down the minimum amount of water (I’m notoriously bad at drinking water). I’ll be on a regular schedule now until next Sunday night. Any suggestions on dealing with working a night shift would be appreciated. I generally just take a vegetable and fruit shake to work with me for the night as I don’t feel like eating a meal and rarely get time anyway!! I hit the scales at 180lbs and just died, I wasn’t even that heavy at 9months pregnant, so I am aiming for at least a 40lbs reduction.
