Hi everyone! I’m doing a modified round two and I’m on day 4. I have no idea if I’ve lost weight. My doctors told me not to focus on weight. If I’m eating healthy and watching my portions I’m winning, right? Otherwise I obsess and my mood gets connected to that number. I go to pulmonary rehab where we get weighed every time. It is tough not to worry about that number on the scale! They are willing to weigh me backwards now so no problems! It is a bit rough to give up that control but I think I’m going to feel better not paying attention to the weight numbers. My doctors are and that’s good enough for me!
