Today, is the final day of my first week on the PS1000 diet and I’ve followed the plan exactly except for a few additions (pumpkin brownies and a jalapeño hamburger yesterday), yet I’ve worked out hard M-F (and added 1 Premium Protein bananas and cream drink after workout)
With HIIT at the gym during lunch hour, yard work/raking leaves, and then a Halloween salsa party (ok I had just ONE alcoholic beverage) on Friday, dance class yesterday morning, then cleaned and sterilized the entire house all day after that. I haven’t weighed in all week and plan to do so tomorrow morning. Hoping for the best, yet my muscles may be adding some weight due to working them out so much. In any event, I feel much more energetic and “on track” than I have for years and I’m turning 50 next July — so that is my “MO”
