Congratulations with the 3 pounds. That’s a huge loss. The problem with being on all kinds of diets previously is that your body metabolism adapts. Your metabolism takes time to get with the program. Apparently hormones play a large role in weight loss and I think that given some time, this plan will moderate those out of whack hormones.
I too notice that weight loss is much slower than weight gain. I have now completed 4 weeks and I am down 12.1 pounds. I am interpreting this positively. They are pounds lost, not gained and I feel so much better. They key is to learn these new habits and keep them for my lifetime.
I am working to be 50 pounds lighter, but I am focusing on the next 8– focusing on 10 pound goal increments.
