It is frustrating to not loose. Depending on what you want to loose total and water etc. Are you getting enough sleep? I get super frustrated if i dont see a loss and go off..but I have found that is not a good thing as I cant seem to get back on.
Make sure you are eating enough and getting alot of veges fiber etc..
