Yes Brad Chia seeds are acceptable on plan! They are a fantastic healthy fat source! Great idea to put them into your protein shake. They also contain a good amount of fiber and some protein, so you will be reaping some great health benefits from these little guys. Remember to track them in your overall calorie count to stay on your goal. 🙂
